My Views on Telangana Agitation

One thing is clear, Seema Andhra people agitation for United Andhra Pradesh is a fake one, or to be precise, we can say it is counter attack for a true agitation. As long as T people do not agree for United Andhra, that demand is baseless and useless. (Surprisingly to separate the state, some politicians argue and even UPA government argues that all the region people should agree, and even some times they say, all the parties in India should accept, if we give a chance they might say all the nations should accept, otherwise in their countries also this kind of demand may raise!!!). If all above statements are true, if the state want to be united, why we can’t apply the same logic?

If we talk about the truth, i.e., their only intention is do not to lose HYD, or a share of development in HYD. But unfortunately, no one is asking directly on this. (If they ask directly they may get little fruitful, If they do strong Agitation, they may get more!!) Even the fact is, everyone should accept because of capital city HYD is developed. No doubts in it. So IF T should be separate state, the rest of the regions should have some luxury to share the resources of HYD or the package for them to develop a capital city or a protection force in HYD for some years to save the properties of Seema Andhra people in HYD. Hence I request T and United Andhra agitation forces to accept this, so problem will solve smoothly.

If we required assembly resolution to separate a state (T) that will never happen. Because this is the one of the best moment for T agitation, because of that most of the parties and groups been divided, in this case, most of the Seema Andra MLA’s will go against to agitation. This is a wrong option, because for example, If HYD is in Seema Andhra region, and most of the people are getting fruitful from HYD are T region people, and then if they want their state as separate from T with capital city, they can simply pass the resolution, which is not fare. Even the assembly resolution is required if a part of state want to be separate from an existing state, in this case, T is been separate state from long time and in the middle they merged with other part and named it as a state. So 100% we do not require assembly resolution.

Even during this Agitation, some intelligent people like professor’s or journalist’s from Seema Andhra argues that Loksatta, MIM, CPM is not supporting for T be as separated state. If so don’t you respect other parties who are supporting? And they say greater HYD MLA’s are not supporting, even greater Hyderabad people are not interested or supported and they show election results. If this is true, from 2001 elections congress, TDP been supporting T as separate state in various occasions, If so, whoever is elected in Seema Andhra region from congress and TDP should support the T as separate state, and the people whoever voted for these parties also supported. Isn’t it?
